Nice try, but JT and VL -CEASED- to exist when Brass Eagle bought them.
They currently exist IN NAME ONLY. In fact, you proved my point very nicely. Ignorance is ignorance.
BE bought JT and VL so they could have a 3-tiered quality structure. The "BE" name was for entry-level, "VL" was for low/mid level, and "JT" was for mid/high level guns.
If we are talking about the "BE" base guns? They are definetly cheaper then more expensive guns..... because they are cheaper. Duh! Similar guns in the price range? Black Maxx? base Pirahna? Both of those guns have been recalled more then any Brass Eagle gun, and gave a far worse reputation.
It is a concept that I have to repeat a lot because newer players just do not get it. You PAY for what you GET. If you only have $100 to spend on everything, then BE will get you the most for your money. They make the "BEST" guns in there price range, which happens to be the low-range.
The greatest irony is that "Brass Eagle Bashers" almost always use Brass Eagle (VL) hoppers, and Brass Eagle (JT) Jersies. Always makes me smile.
