shocktech lpr-just like any externally adjustable lpr with an adjuster knob, it makes it much easier to get your lpr set perfectly, since you can change it without tools. If you go electric, it can also affect your realistic bps, since some lpr's can't recharge fast enough to keep up past a certain cycle rate.
ram-Same thing as any ram. I'm not really familiar with the shocktech rams, but I would assume that they're smoother than stock, therefore making cycling smoother and faster.
Is it worth it? Depends on how much you can get it for, and how good the ram & lpr is. Depending on the quality of that, it might be better off just to go ahead and get the bomb alone and go with a different type of ram and lpr.
