hm... doesnt it seem dumb of you to expect rookie team players to have lots of tournament experience? Isn't rookie 1 year or less experience? I'm not sure, but it must be something like that. Seems kinda harsh of you to turn up a player if he doesnt like drills. thats just my oppinion.
