HPA makes any marker work better. The biggest problem with the TES on CO2 is fogging. It doesn't fully expand and comes out in a fog, blinding the eye and causing chops. I hear that anti-siphoned CO2 can help reduce this problem, but your best bet is to go with HPA. You can find steel 3000 psi tanks for less that $100.
