1. no it will not fit the stock v/a
2. yes it will fit the CIP 15* assault block v/a (this is assuming you get the MALE regulator)
3. just do a search, TONS of places have them for sale
also you need new fittings to screw into the regulator, new hose (i suggest macroline), and a metric adapter if your using your stock BL, they are also easy to find, just gotta search a little. hope this helps.
