Sure the possibility exists, I take the risks because I can afford to pay the consequences, the only time I'm playing in rainfall is at scenarios generally, and I'm paying like 150-200$s to play so yeah the possibility is there to break a $150 dollar board, it hasn't happened yet, and while I'm reasonably careful I don't hawk over the thing like oh noes its sprinkling time to go find the mech.
I've seen pretty much any type of marker malfunction or have problems, this is mostly due to user negligence or blatent idiocy. Of all the markers I've ever owned in well over a decade now the worst thing I've had happen is a Reloader B board dying. Common sense or maybe divine intervention has saved me from the rest I guess.
