all of you are sorta wrong... but a superman varies from person to person...

if you wana do a GOOD superman, ur gonna want good elbow and knee pads...

When you are running to your bunker, sorta dive forward if u know what i mean. Hold ur marker in one hand and raise it up, then put ur other hand down so u land on it first. point ur feet so that your toes are pointing twards the ground. Those are ur brakes. When you hit the ground on ur belly, sorta bow ur body up so only ur stomche is toughing, less resistance = more slide. When u wana stop, push ur toes into the ground.

practice it a bit in ur yard or on the field. The only way to really do a good superman is to practice.
