xball is a type of speedball, just like 7-man, 3-man, 5-man, ect.
sceanarios also frequently have an Role playing aspect. Speedball doesnt allways have to be capture the flag. though most leagues play it that way, rec speedball is mostly elimination because capture the flag would suck(nobody moves in open play)
