u have to admit the ion was a smart buisness move. Now as to it's quality...well, we know they skimped.
Just wanna say i agree w/ xball and lovecraft and pizzer, what sp did was bad for the industry. Driving up the cost of good guns that were based on original ideas, all because of some stupid microswitch patent (again, how obvious is the switch! shouldn't even be patentable in my mind) which they didn't even legally own.
I think dye's move to sue is a little "back off" to sp. Telling them to stay away from their bolt design, or else.
AND, i think it's a shame AKA is no longer producing guns (or the x-mag, etc), but am gladened by news that they are trying something w/ the e-blade to make guns again.
