pretty much. performance wise, they are almost identical...blowback performance varies gun to gun, even those of exact same model.

the only major difference between them is the fact that spyder is way more "popular". rebels good blowback style markers. ive known a few people here who have had little to no problems with their rebels.


incompatable upgrades = trigger frames (fairly certain anyways), certain bolts (not sure which ones work, they have several type of spyder bolt. most generic spyder bolts should work). spyder specific drops hoses, screws.

upgrades that will work: spyder barrels, regulators, hoppers, spring kits, valves, low pressure cells/ front block, asa's / on/off's.



now, take everything i dais with a grain of salt....i may be wrong, since i have never owned a spyder or rebel. it is best to ask around before upgrading anyways.
