my mag (calling alpha or medic)

For quite a while now i was trying to get money to save up for a new gun, but the money wasn't just flowing. Just today i went to hang out with my uncle Tom who is quite rich and has been into paintball for a while, but quit about 3 or 4 years ago. Well he pulled out this mag (i had been considering buying one for a while now) and i fell in love with it. Its an RT mag with lapco drop foward, dye boomstick (14 inch), benchmark grips, benchmark on/off, a smart parts all american barrel (14) and some lapco barrel (14), a 68/3000 crossfire nitro, and a gun case to top it all off. I was just joking around when i said "i'll buy it off you for 400 bucks" and then he says "ehh. you can have it for free." So after going through a 15 or 20 minute period of disbelief it came across me that this was seriously my gun now.

What my real question is here is what do i need to know about mags? Honestly i dont know much about em. I know that they run at about 4-5 hundred psi, and that the valve is also a regulator, and to never oil the valve unless you wanna mess it up. I need to know how to maintain it, how to disassemble it, any other upgrades i might want, things to do and what not to do, how to fix any problems that come my way, and what i can do to lighten up the trigger pull (the only part of the gun that failed to impress me.)

any input is appreciated

mike
