The basic difference between the two are as follows.
RT Circa was released back in 1996, and it wasn't able to take all the AGD upgrades released at the time unless it was made for the RT specifically. The RT Circa also had a hard line gas through that ran down the length of the rail.
The RT Pro Circa was released in 2000 and it’s the same marker as the RT Circa with a few minor differences. They did away with the hard line gas through, and opted for braided line to a bottom line ASA. Also the RT Pro could handle all AGD upgrades.
Those are the basic differences between the RT and the RT Pro.
