Dont be hatin'. He obviously is still learning how forums work.
If you click on someone's name, a small menu comes up and you can go to their profile, or send a private message. Just click it, type your message adn go. If he replies, you will be given a popup and taken to your PM box.
Or, you can go to the top right section of the forum, and click on Private Messages. From there you can pm people.
