AGD's only Assisted specific patent, which we sold them and is the basis for the Emag frame hasn't made it out of application form yet.
Tom's only predating Patent (1997) that includes a trigger function of this type is the Original RT Valve system and not trigger specific. The asssisted trigger part of that Patent is based on the intregal design of the valve system (RT) and carrys no weight on a stand alone invention.In fact it was one of the many patents (most of which un-informed people on the net are arguing was prior art) that was referenced to make PTPs case for their initial Patent filing.
