i dont really think that Titanium is feasable, while being stronger by mass then steel, it is also super duper expensive. Not to mention titaniums uncany ability to work harden extremely easily and probly break drill bits, and posibly break itself.
on the plus side you can anno it really easy
but only in a few colours, and you need lots of electricty, plus a custom ampridge controling thing.
Make it out of brass for the coolness of it being made out of brass
