alright on to my thoughts, i agree with the tourney guys and i'm a scenario rec baller. Honestly it won't hurt the sport because look at any MAJOR sport(football, baseball, soccer other ****) and there is minor forms of cheating out there. Does anyone say oh gee let's get back to the olden days no. It's competitive and understood to win you have to have edge and the will to win. Same wiht paintball you have to be willing to do what it takes for that win if you are in teh competitive scene. Now as a rec baller as well i must say if you cheat( wipe, overshoot, ramp, w/e ) you're a ***. Honestly why the hell at a rec game against a bunch of rentals would you need to do that. Or a scenario where you will be reinserted in 15 minutes. There is competion more amongst the scenario teams. But that is a honor thing and more of a status rather than money or material objects. So final point is rec and other forms of non tourney ball isn't meant for cheating. Tourney ball is... in fact i wouldn't consider it even major cheating. Ramping your dwell or other safety violations should be considered major cheating. It's two completely different worlds. I choose to say if you can't respect one or the other than just ignore it. If you are a woods baller no speedballer is gonna burn down your forest and stop you from playing. same with speedballers no woods baller is gonna poke holes in teh sup air fields. So just learn to agree to disagree and live on people. I'll be mostly doing rec. though i understand why a tourney balla would take the risk of a few wipes in a tourney to win say big cash or prizes.
