Oh, alrighty then.

You should just be able to unscrew the set screw and move it forward.
If you cant get the set screw out you could...

1) Use the locktite that needs heat to release, and put some on the end of an allen wrench, then you stick it in the set screw and wait for it to dry, and then you'll be able to unscrew it. Use a blowdryer or heat gun to get the set screw off of the allen wrench.

2) I forgot the other ways i was thinking...

*I haven't tried that way, I just heard about it on an RC forum, so it may mess up the allen wrench, so beware!*

Edit:
And I thought you turn it Counter Clockwise to get it out... but I may be wrong...
