could be an oring inside the actual noid... could also be low batteries. extremely weird stuff like this has been known to happen when your batteries are low.

edit: the batteries could at least explain the bolt getting stuck back, but im not so sure about the leaking part. i'd recommend lowering your lpr and changing batteries (in that order) before taking apart the noid
