200 dollars you can buy a B2k4 with PDS. Probably the best for that price right now. The tank is a 48/3000 and i would reccomend getting that if you are low on money. You need one to run the b2k4. So just get the tank first and see what kind of money you have left over to buy the gun/upgrades/hopper. You won't need an electro hopper because of the PDS on the b2k4 (eyes that read paint otherwise known as Paintball Detection System), that will make you shoot as fast as your balls are feeding into the gun without chopping. EDIT: Also, co2 is not a + when usuing really any gun. Even anti-siphoned, compressed air is king.
