The black O-ring is in the middle. Forget about that guy, you really dont need to worry about it.
The Carrier O-ring of which I spoke of from the beginning is the thick, white O-ring we are trying to tune.
This O-ring is the reason why you have to tune it. This O-ring is the Level 10. Forget abou everything. Think about the white O-ring.
The carrier will only accept the carrier O-ring from one side. That is the O-ring side. That is, the side of the carrier that has an indentation meant for the O-ring to be pushed into.
Once you figure it out, you can actually tune your Level 10 just by pushing the O-ring in the carrier and feeling it. If its too tight, you know that its(the carrier that is) too small. If its too loose, you know its too big.
