You need to get a better source of information.
1) All BB eyes pretty much perform the same. The circuit board logic using the eyes is far more important.
2) The stock feedneck is better, but the trigger... not really. Perhaps more durable...? Stock Ion triggers are pretty good.
3) The RPM does indeed have a reg, it's just a fore-grip, vertical style that you're familiar with. It's built into the on/off.
4) Stock barrel sucks on both.
5) More upgrades is correct.

No it doesn't. And rocking triggers were supposedly made legal for all the big league tournaments, although I haven't bothered to confirm this rumor.

What it's capped at has nothing to do with what trigger frame it has. Kingman wasn't the first to come out with the rocking trigger idea, other versions have been made, but not really in mass production like Kingmans version.
