These are the differences between the Wrath LTD and the 2005 Wrath.
Wrath LTD:

Hoses inside the body, not exposed like other Wrath*

* These are the new features in the Wrath LTD that weren't included in the 2005 Wrath.
Personally, the extra money for the LTD isn't worth spending. I would buy the 2005 Wrath and get the T-Board & Ultra Chip installed.
