I have 2 of them.
Well actually my wife has one (new Version) and My daughter has one (the old version) I havnt had any problems with the rod and they have had them for 2 years. So unless there really abused which my 10 yr old daughter really does and hers isnt broke than there gonna last. Butttttttt if it does just make one ad bolt it on.
