paintball in the woods doesn't happen much anymore. The tourneyment scene has all turned towards inflatable bunkers. They're shooting markers that are capped at 15 balls per second, yet are capable of 20+ BPS. Paint prices have dropped quite a bit in 10 years.
10 man teams are a thing of the past now. it's all 5 and 3 man teams on smaller fields than a 10 man field.
If you still want to play woodsball, there's probally woodsball fields around if you look hard enough. or if you know somebody with a woods, get buddies together and go paintball.
