Over aim, we agreed to ship same time. That must have been... the 19th. Last month. Maybe 3 days later, I ask if he shipped. He says that he didn't know I had shipped, and that he would ship soon. 2 weeks ago (saturday, i think), I contact him on aim, asking if he shipped. He said yeah, "shipped that thursday". I asked him why he didn't ship same time, and he said he had to go, but he'd brb. He signs off.
I wait for a bit. Then I go on a different screen name, and sure, there he is, online. I ask him whats up, and he "signs off again". So I try a different name. Same thing. Now he wont respond to my PMs, I can't im him.
So we had agreed to ship same time, he ships a week later, it's been two weeks, and no mask. He got my profiler, and posted it for sale, here

What to do? I'm going to pm him, giving him one last chance before I call teh police. I have his cellphone number, so I will try calling it.
