i dont do any of that finger excersize stuff, and i can hold a constant 15 with ease on my shocker (virtue debouce of 8, so there could be a very small amount of bounce). belive it or not, doing finger strength excersizes (with guitar finger weights or similar) can make it harder to shoot quickly on semi. why? you have less flexibility, which is what matters when it comes to making your fingers move fast in a tight space. If you can make your fingers move fast in tight spaces, (your girlfriend will love you :P) you'll be able to shoot alot faster.
