Wink Ultimate BKO FAQ

The BKO series marker was released to the public in 2002. The BKO was designed to be a cheaper alternative to the B2K, but still able to keep up with the day's high-end guns. Rumor has it that the BKO got it's name from the code name durring it's production. BKO, or in other words, Bushmaster Knock Off.

Same as with the Bushmaster, the BKO production line has been shut down since 2004.

BKO Generations:
Generation 1 BKO
  • - Offered in a very plain and cheap to manufacture milling design
    - Single color polished ano available in standard colors (blue, red, purple, green, black, silver etc)
    - Older style ICD 45* trigger frame with blade trigger
    - 8200 board located in the tray. Semi only capped at 10 bps but increased to 14 bps quickly.
    - High Rise feedneck
    - ASA threaded regulator block which housed both the HPR and LPR
    - Front mounted volumizer giving the BKO twice the air capacity of the Bushmaster 2000
    - Delrin bolt and stainless steel 1 piece pull pin
    - 700psi micro gauge
    - One piece black anodized 12" aluminum barrel. ICD barrel threads
    - 2 way solenoid, blow forward spring back
    - Non-re-build able ram housing connected to LPR via a hose in the tray
    - Tray is a bit shorter than the Bushmaster 2000 giving it a slightly lower profile
    - Battery located in the grip handle due to shorter tray
Generation 2 BKO
  • The Gen 2 BKO built on the Gen 1 by adding the following features
-Diamond style milling on upper and lower tubes
    - New adjusted regulator to fix problems people had with preset tanks
    - Now comes with either the 45* frame or the new 2003 65* frame
    - 8200 board increased to 14bps
    - New O ring style detent replaces screw in Teflon detent
2003 BKO
  • The 2003 BKO built on the Gen 2 by adding the following features
    - New simple but sleek body milling
    - 2003 65* style frame now pretty much standard issue
    - Now comes standard with the 9300 board. Originally capped at 33.3bps but then dropped to 20bps to avoid problems with the BKO going full auto when firing due to vibrations.
    - LPR milling adjusted to a cone shape which gives slightly more clearance for aftermarket HPRs
-PDS is now an option on the BKO
2003.5 BKO
  • The 2003.5 BKO built on the 2003 BKO by adding the following features
    - Earlier models had no cosmetic changes then 3 small lower tube mills started to appear
    - The Ram is now re-build able and has a thumb screw style end-cap
    - Low Rise is now standard issue
    - PDS is now an option on the BKO
2004 BKO
  • The 2004 BKO built on the 2003 BKO by adding the following features
    - Available in 2 milling styles, the 2003.5 style and the new 'extreme' milling style (shown)
    - All matching glossy ano finish
    - New 2 piece 12" aluminum barrel with matching ano
    - Autococker barrel threading now standard issue
    - Low rise tube (non-clamping)
    - New ICD 2004 regulator
