Not too sure about the rules for the city but I doubt the state park would be a option, you would prob get busted by park rangers. I would try and find a field/woods area that the person who owned it was a friend/relative and would let you play. My friends play near one of the guys house in a old slag area down in the woods and in the summer play in some real fields and winter indoors.
