Macroline in the o-rings, that's your problem. It doesn't cure double feeeding, just slices balls in-half when they are pushed forward by the bolt and makes it easier for the bolt to push the detents out with it. Neopreme washers the size of 010 o-rings work perfectly to solve all the problems, so does having autococket detents installed.
