take off the o-rings and polish the bolt with some very fine sandpaper. The plating is coming off, but that should not hinder your performance too much if you polish them. THen when you put the o-rings back, then add a drop of non penetrating air tool oil, or gold cup paintball oil.
That should take care of your problems.
