I think his question was what pressure is nitrogen stored at in bulk tanks, not in a PB tank. I have answered the question you answered in the guide
But yes, HPA and a good hopper are two things i actualy suggest people get prior to upgradin to a better gun. It's one of those hidden costs than can impede your ability to use a new gun and to play, if yo dont have the $$ to get them.
