Not bad.
You hit most of the problems aside from o-rings being blown out.

Leaking heavily down the barrel and the bolt is fully back:

Check to see if the boltstop's inner o-rings is still in. If the oring has come out it tends to be on the stem of the bolt. Just grease the Oring a little before you put it back in the bolt stop then regrease the bolt.



Leaking down the barrel and Bolt creeps forward:

Check the Green O-ring on the bolt for scratches and that it's in the right place.
