Ok here are some tips for kids who want to learn more about the game.
1:ROF.-How do I improve my rate of fire? Simple. Practice walking the trigger every once in a while and hold the gun the right way while practicing. Hold the gun you would to normally shoot, then start to walk in in the same position. Remember to Switch hands every once in a while
2:Opposite hand shooting.- This is mosty about comfort but if you want to learn the most likely way and what people consider the right way you should listen up. Hold your gun normal handed. Now switch to Opposite hand holding it the same way. Make it a a little more comfortable for yourself but not by changing a lot. Practice this A LOT and soon you'll pick it up very quickly.
3:How do I improve style?-You can Mostly Improve your style just by watching other good players play. Check out the pros on TV or on the internet to learn much more.
4:Speed.- Simply just being fit for running speed an training quick sprints going into slides/dives. Pretty easy if you're and active guy.
5: DRILLS.- Yes one of the biggest solutions to paintball sucess. Set up a bunker in your yard(you do not need a great bunker for this). Load up your hopper with some paintballs and add some air to your gun(you can save money if you buy reballs). Practice accuracy and speed coming out of the side of the bunker and switch sides along with hands every once in a while. Set out something small and raised to practice shooting at when coming out of the bunker. You should only be out of the bunker for about a second or less if someone is on you in a real game.Sliding and diving. Put on your paintball and go on some grass to practice on. WETTING THE GRASS WILL NOT HELP YOU as much because most field dont go out and wet there grass. Practice Slides and dives with gun, mask, pack on you. There is two very common and very helpful slides that most players use. First is the most common, knee slide. Basically like a baseball slide with out putting the leg out. When going to the slide put your hand out to balance yourself out. Second one would be a superman slide, or called just a "dive". Spread your free hand to the ground while making the transition to smoothen yourself out. Push off your hand to and slide on your stomach while lifting your feet and gun in the air. Swing your hand back in front of you and get up as fast as you can. This does take a while to master.
That's all for now but if I think of more I will post them right away.
If you want some tips on special positions, Just catch me up on AIM, email me, or send me a PM and ill get back to you.
Thanks,

Ok ill post up some individual position tips.
Front Player
To become a good front man you have to learn to stay alert know where all your opponents are when you have to move to look good for the crowd or your friends, you might bunker somebody. Help your teammates by firing through tha lanes not allowing the other team to move. Yell back at your teammates telling them where to shoot. AND ALWAYS LISTEN TO YOUR BACK PLAYERS. They should communicate the whole game. It is better to have the lightest high end gun for front. If you have the chance and the other team is low on players try and make a run through up the side of the field. Also when your moving shoot down the bunkers to keep everyone down in there bunkers.
Back Player
Scream and talk as much as possible. You should have a hoarse voice by the end of day. call out where all peeps are, call out dead men, move your front players like pawns. keep shooting paint. you control and see the field, you are the chessmaster. just keep shooting and talking, dont let any heads stay up. Just keep laying down the field with paint. Backs should shoot down lanes off the break while moving to there back stand up or whatever the bunker is that there moving too.
Playing Snakes
When you dive into a snake try and not let the other team see you. Press up to the snake as close as possible when you snap shoot.Try to get in unnoticed then shoot inside and take out alot of their players but if u do get noticed then ur basically a distraction allowing the rest of ur team to move up.

using the snakes

To me the snakes might be the most important tool to surprizing the other team. expecialy if you are playing with a bunch of new players. If you can always try to have one player in the beggining of the game to make a run for the snake.
if they see you and shot at you while ur at the end of the snake. Shot enough shots where the player will go behind the bunker then crawl as fast as you can to the other side of the snake, but always be alert.
If they dont see you then it is simple just crawl fast to the other side. And shot them up.

I have found that the biggest tip I ever got was. "Keep em in a cross fire, and MOST importantly, Dont get shot."
Friend of mines older bro told me that like 8 years ago when I was 12. I found the second one the most important
SOrry I dont have many tips, Ima woodsball player, And I usually just be real stealthy.
