I wasn't exactly
blaming Windows for the behavior, but rather complaining, since it's a (mostly) Windows specific problem.
For example: Even when I have errors compiling and installing apps, which is something totally incomprehensible to most people, I can quickly Google the error message and with some luck have it figured out and working within a matter of minutes. This is almost never the case with Windows.
I think I'm getting my computer fixed soon, so I suppose I just have to hold on for a bit longer.
