2. No more than 2 tournaments played at the Rookie Level
3. Have not placed in the top 3 in a Rookie event
4. Have not played in a Tournament higher than the Rookie Level
Rookie
1. Have not played in a NPPL Tournament higher than D3
2. Have not played in a PSP Tournament higher than D3
3. Have not played in a Tournament higher than the Rookie level
4. Rookie teams are allowed to have 1 Novice player on the Roster
Novice
1. Have not played in a NPPL Tournament higher than D2
2. Have not played in a PSP Tournament higher than D2
3. Have not played in a Tournament higher than the Novice level, Ever
