I make my own. But not for woodsball, just for fun. I've got a website that shows you hot to make impact flash grenades (if you bring to a game you're retarded, these things temp blind anyone that stare into them), and smoke grenades. The smoke grenades work great, they burn longer than anything you can buy.
Google how to make them. Some Potassium Nitrate with some sugar will make the smoke, add some dye, and some other thing (forgot what, could be flour) to slow burning. You can make pull pin ones if you want.
