I am now hopefully a proud owner of an Invert Mini. I have a few possible noob questions below.

1. Can dry firing (to break in) hurt the marker? I’ve heard after a tank or two of firing, kick is greatly reduced (spring gets broken in).

2. I was hoping to get a better explanation of dwell time, BIP Delay, and Ramping Point. (changes that worked for you, insert magazine) The manual does a poor job in my opinion of explaining these options and what they do.

3. Any other “tweaks” or something you did to increase performance?

4. Is there any easy way to differentiate between v1 and v2? I heard the v1’s had some type of issue. The number on the back of mine is 015193.

5. When "locking in" the hopper do you leave a gap or push it all the way in?

APG's November Magazine had an excellent article on the Mini, which finally made me purchase. They mentioned their team reduced dwell time from the default 28 down to 24 (7 milliseconds down to 6 milliseconds) which greatly reduced blowback and increased air efficiency.

I’ve noticed the low number of Mini threads, maybe a good and bad thing. Thanks all!
