Check my EOS review.
It's basically a slightly upped Epiphany, but it is quite out of your price range
I don't know why, but SmartParts has amzing CS, and whenever I got a question, I just get on PBNation and shoot them a PM, and they get back to me about 1-3 days later.
Get an Epiphany and be happy. The higher PSI is so that the Epiphany will never encounter shoot down. Since it's at a higher psi, it recharges faster, but if you really want to, it will still operate at about 160 PSI (Ion pressures). And yes, I know that for a fact. I've tried with my EOS.
