Hmm, im assuming SpecOps got to you, are you refering to positions such as sniper,light rifleman,medium rifleman,heavy rifleman,heavy support,and commander, or something to that extent?
to be honest i dont believe snipers exist in paintball, at least not the theory of 1 shot 1 kill from an unimaginable distance, but! That being said, i do believe(to some extent)that a sniper in paintball is someone who uses camouflage and stealth tactics to their advantage
Honestly any marker would do in woodsball,high ends or low ends but if your using a high end marker, your more likey to not get down and dirty and be cautious of every twig, but the low end, you probably would get in close and personal with the dirt and have more fun( since you arent to worried about damaging expensive goodies). If your serious about woodsball, id recommend a tippmann a5 or 98.. both are tanks.
