since he is just trying to get the marker..........im pretty sure he isnt horribly concerned with upgrades and cosmetics right now.....

here is some info from my experience with each of the markers here

A-5 stock is ok, kinda heavy, good paint is a MUST or else the cyclone feed just shreds it all up, dificult to work on, a properly set up a-5 does quite well in the woods

98c ageing, the oldest of the markers listed here, if you go this rout get the 98c pro, one of the most durable markers out there, will keep shooting no matter what, great for woods

vs1, has eyes, great entry level marker, sometimes a bit overwhelming for some first timers, seen a few in action, was rather impressed by the performance compaired to the price, will run on co2 will work good in the woods or speedball just make sure to try and keep it clean (bolt is exposed in the back)

vs2, has eyes, havnt seen one of these in action so i dont know too much about them beyond, they are air only and better than the vs1

vs3=bad news, my shop isnt carrying them in favor of the vs2

smart parts sp1, similar to the ion in a different shell around the same price as sp1 (air, co2? anyone know?), no eyes, 13 bps stock (they claim 17), heard lots of adds saying these are durable but never heard/seen anyone demonstrate that yet.

hope this helps
