If anything, the 98c is better for woodsball, it's smaller, lighter, and tighter than the A-5 or X-7, which can get big, bulky, heavy, and clumsy. I'd rather get an 98c and slap a cyclone feed on it than get an A-5 or X-7.

QFT. And I don't recall seeing many tippy owners saying how pwnage they're marker is. My A-5 was free, so of course I took it. It gets the job done, and is on the bulky side but not heavy, heavy compared to the high end guns.
