ya my problem isnt really with the marker, it is a decent deal (personally i think you get more preformance for the same price out of a vs1 though) and it is mil-sim. what i dont like about it is SP releasing all those videos showcasing it being thrown in water and such, i was talking to the tech at my local shop a while back and he said he couldnt make heads or tails of a lot of it because (and he opened one up to show me) the circut board is not sealed up at all, so it didnt make sence to him that those would keep working in those conditions, the fact of the mater is, those videos are advertisements put out BY smart parts, we have NO guaruntee that they didnt do something to those markers to make them look like they could do all those things, personally im not going to believe them untill some outside company/person would repeate them, but some people seem to forget this and will just blindly believe anything that is on the internet.
it would be interesting for someone to put out a sp1 vs automag video and see what happens
