if the guy's got no insurance, he probably doesn't have any $ to go after, regardless of RB's insurance co. Insurance would only cover RB if he had full coverage, and even then it'll cover his bike and medical bills and that's bout it. You don't get pain n suffering through your own insurance company. To get compensation like that you'd have to go after it yourself, through a lawyer or by yourself. Since the guy has no insurance, it doesn't matter if you have the best insurance and lawyers in the world, I bet RB ain't gettin a dime from em.
