It's not like he ran the light just to hit me. My insurance company is covering my stuff, and its not going to take anything out of my pocket. Im going to get a newer/better bike come springtime, and it didn't end my life. Im not going to take every penny this guy can give just because I can. I make decent money for a college freshman, and my parents do alright for themselves too. I don't need to screw some one's life over for a mistake he made.
Im not scared for life, physically or mentally, so whats the point? Just the fact that he COULD have killed me? Yeah, and I COULD have not gone riding that day too.
