The VS1 uses break beam eyes as an anti-chop system. Eyes are far superior to any type of mechanical anti-chop system, since the mrker simply will not fire if there isn't a paintball fully loaded inside the breech. It also has a metal grip frame, unlike the 08 Pilots composite frame.
