dont do what ionbeast did, go look at his thread in the rate my marker section if you want reasons why, there are some good things about that marker but as a whole not a lot of the more experienced people here would shoot it

the whole reason to buy an ion XE is so you can slide the bolt out the back of the marker and therefore do not have to disasemble the whole thing in order to get it out
