I'll agree with the novel Trbo just wrote. It is a nice looking Ion, but I feel the need to drive in the point about the 31.3 BPS is unnecessary. Along with the ROF caps Trbo was speaking of, at no point in a game are you going to be sitting there shooting at 31.3 BPS even if you can.
