Hello all,

I am looking to purchase a new mechanical marker if I can sell my VS2. The question is, which of the above should I go with. I like the Xtra, but the only advantage I can see is the expansion chamber and the clamping feedneck, for $40 more than the Victor. Now I plan on modding the gun slightly: Aftermarket barrel, upgraded bolt, upgraded striker, and possibly a regulator. So my thinking is that I should spend $40 less on the victor and use that money for some of the modifications. Am I on the right track here? What am I missing?

Is the use of a regulator even practical on these low end guns?

To help, I am strictly woodsball and I only play 7-8 times a year. I would like to be able to go between my 72/3000 tank and CO2 if 72/3000 would run out.
