the first number is how many pods it holds. the second is either the tank slot, 2 tank slots (rare), or little elastic bands in between the first number pod holders that can also hodl pods. some times theres a third number, and those are usually the number or pods on closest to the end on the string of pod holders, they should also be elastic of a sort.
but you can tell way easier by looking at it.
