Hey guys, this may sound kinda noobish but my icon z isnt cocking, if taken the gun apart and didnt see anything wrong, replaced the o-rings as my friend said to do and still nothing, i emailed them but its been 2 weeks and still no answer

i need help please

Is it not recoking or is it not even getting stuch when you pll it back.

not getting stuck, ive cocked it before and i know it works because ive used it before

well, if it wont stay back when you pull it, either you have assembled it wrong somehow, the sear spring is worn out, the sear itsef or hammer (or both) are worn out. the way to tell if the sear or hammer is worn is by looking at the edges where they "catch" when the gun is cocked. if either is slightly rounded or chipped, they are considered worn out and should be replaced. if you can, try to replace the sear spring, you may be able to find a similar one at a hardware store for less than 50 cents.

its almost brand new, i wouldnt expect anything to be worn out...

Dont screw the top screw on the grip too tight

i fixed it, i took your advice on loosening the screws, but it wasnt the grips, ti was the screws holding the trigger frame to the body, but it was coming loose so i put loctite in them and put the screws in so they are tight and keep it together but loose enough for it to work
